ICOM INT- 270
BESKRIVELSE
ICOM Form Treil INT 270 er et internt slipmiddel, der samtidig med slipeffekt sikrer en glat og afvisende overflade på emnerne. ICOM Form Treil INT 270 skal tilsættes polyester under grundig omrøring. Det anbefales at anvende et eksternt slipmiddel ICOM FT 770B sammen med ICOM Form Treil INT 270 ved indkøring af nye forme. ICOM Form Treil INT 270 bevirker en glat, nem og ren afformning.

General: An internal lubricant and mold release with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. FRP molds require a surface coating to seal the porosity and maintain the gloss. An effective addition of internal lubricant will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. The complex polymeric nature of the internal will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding or plating.

General: A process aid additive designed specifically for pultrusion. Benefits include excellent release, providing optimized line speeds while reducing both pull force and die wear; improved wet out of fiber, fillers and resin. Physical properties of the profile are retained or improved. Tight controls in the manufacture of this product ensure that potential adverse effects from moisture on polyurethane resins are minimized. Secondary operations on PU composites using this product, such as painting, bonding, or plating, are not impaired.

General: A Process Aid Additive designed specifically for pultrusion. When PU catalyst and lubricant addition levels are optimized, the system can offer long open resin bath times at ambient yet very rapid cures within the heated die. Line speeds can be maximized with excellent surface profiles while reducing both pull force and die wear. Improved wet-out of fiber, fillers and resin is evidenced by retained or improved physical properties of the profile. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding, or plating.
